Once an order is placed on our website, it is processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. This timeline includes order confirmation, internal quality checks, secure packaging, and dispatch through our trusted courier partners. During periods of high order volume—such as limited drops, sales, or festive seasons—order processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Orders within major cities may arrive faster, while deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional disruptions. Lost Artifacts cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, though we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight or volume of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping or promotional discounts, which will be communicated on our website or during specific campaigns. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and courier link will be shared with you via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package. If your order is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, you must contact the courier service immediately and inform us within 48 hours at clo.lostartifacts@gmail.com so we can escalate the issue.

Each item is packaged securely using branded Lost Artifacts materials to protect your order. Please do not use this branded packaging as the outer layer when returning an item. Instead, reuse sturdy, neutral shipping materials to ensure the return is accepted in good condition. During peak seasons or nationwide delays, we request your patience and assure you that our team will make every effort to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
