RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To initiate a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged — with all original tags, labels, and packaging materials intact. Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, along with a printed copy of the original invoice. Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
NOTE : We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or does not match the description provided. We do not accept returns for sizing or fit issues, change of mind, shipping delays, items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags and packaging, or duplicate orders placed by the customer.
We strictly do not accept returns for items that show any signs of wear, misuse, or alteration. Additionally, headwear (e.g. hats or caps) is non-returnable due to hygiene concerns, in compliance with Indian health and safety standards. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clo.lostartifacts@gmail.com with images and order details. Upon internal inspection and approval by our Quality Control team, a credit note will be issued to your registered email address. Refunds are not processed in cash or to the original payment method unless specifically stated.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified fault on our part. We do not arrange reverse pickups. Customers are required to ship the return at their own cost and risk. Lost Artifacts is not liable for loss or damage of items in transit during the return process.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances. Products may only be returned for store credit, subject to compliance with the return conditions mentioned above.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed. In rare cases where cancellation is possible, you must contact us via email within 1 hour of placing the order. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our sole discretion. Orders for limited edition drops or discounted items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
PRODUCT QUALITY AND COLOR ACCURACY
Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Minor variations in texture, print alignment, or fabric tone are natural due to artisanal processes and are not considered defects. While we strive to ensure that product colors displayed on our Website are as accurate as possible, differences may occur due to device screens and lighting. We do not accept returns based on color mismatches arising from digital viewing.
PRODUCT CARE GUIDELINES
Our garments are made with high-quality craftsmanship and should be treated with care. We recommend professional dry cleaning for all items. Alternatively, a gentle hand wash at 30°C, turning the garment inside out, may be used for select cotton-based pieces. Do not wring or tumble dry. Use a cool iron or steamer on reverse only. Mishandling of garments may affect product durability, for which Lost Artifacts bears no liability.
PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
All prices listed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) or your local currency (for international customers) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer via email.
Promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Promotions are limited-time offers and are subject to withdrawal at any point without notice.
